Wow! what a busy season. A steady back-to-school stream, of course, but many customers examining and buying nice step-up and professional level instruments. We are receiving new inventory weekly from reputable smaller suppliers; it's so much easier to maintain quality control with these folks.

At the same time, we have solidified a good source of older German, French and English violins from Europe. In the last few weeks the first couple of dozen violins have arrived. Each will be carefully set up to contemporary standards, and the first ones should be available in early October. In this way, we will have an extraordinary selection of old and new violins for any given price range. As these are made ready, we'll photograph them and begin to establish a much more informative inventory list on our website.
