SUMMER 2009.......Lots of violins available!!
We have sold quite a few of our "Kubelik" model violins. These
were brought in directly from a small workshop in China. Completely
handmade, rich red brown varnish and very clean workmanship. With no
intermediate distributors, it allows us to price this at $1495 with bow
and case this summer!
If your budget is around $3000, you owe it to yourself to try one
of the 2800 series violins from the Core Company. These are incredibly
beautiful violins that look 100 years old from just a few feet away.
Guarneri or Stradivari patterns available. Our price $2,400 for the
violin alone; this gives room for a nice pro case and good pernambuco
bow and still stay under $3,000.
Meanwhile, here's another of the splendid violins that one can buy for
around
$3,000! It's the Snow "Simona." If it was $5,000, it would still be a
contender in the range! Snow's new list price is $3,450 for the
violin alone; we'll still put together a lovely outfit complete with
pernambuco bow and Bobelock case for around $3,000.......
