Snow 5-string violin, model 200. Last year, we asked Snow to make a manageable 5-string violin, with a few features that we had felt were missing from competitiors instruments. We asked for a 14" back, but expanded dimensions to accommodate the C string sound, and a low profile neck. They did a superb job! These instruments are then set up here in our workshop with Helicore strings, Thomastik tailpiece with tuners; and a hand fitted Baggs bridge pickup with Carpenter jack.
